By accessing and using Human's Reality ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Human's Reality is a video-based dating platform that connects users through authentic conversations. The Platform facilitates:

User profile creation and discovery
5-minute video calls with progressive blur reveal
Matching system based on mutual interest
Encrypted video streaming for privacy
Premium subscription for enhanced features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination

5. Dating Features and Premium Subscription

5.1 Free Features

All users receive a limited number of daily video calls ("lives") that regenerate over time. Free users can create profiles, browse the discovery globe, and match with other users.

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers receive unlimited daily lives, priority matching, advanced filters, and other enhanced features. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

5.3 Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. Subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Human's Reality and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Human's Reality be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
