1. Introduction

Welcome to Human's Reality, a dating platform that combines real-time video interactions with progressive discovery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services.

By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.

2. Eligibility

To use Human's Reality, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the service under French or European law
• Not have been previously banned from our platform

3. Account Creation and Security

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.

One Account: You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all your accounts.

4. How Our Service Works

Progressive Discovery: Our platform uses a unique "3 Lives" system where matches unlock features progressively through video interactions.

• Live 1: 5-minute video call with profile reveal
• Live 2: Second video interaction
• Live 3: Final video call, unlocks messaging

Daily Limit: Only one "live" per match per day (24-hour cooldown between sessions).

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the service for commercial purposes or solicitation
• Share contact information before chat is unlocked
• Record or screenshot video calls without consent
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions

6. Content

User Content: You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content for operating the service.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Video Calls: Video calls are not recorded or stored by Human's Reality. They are peer-to-peer connections facilitated by our service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection laws.

8. Safety and Reporting

Report Abuse: If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please report it immediately using our in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@humansreality.com.

Safety Tips: Never share financial information, meet in private locations for first dates, and trust your instincts.

9. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimers

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that you will find a match or relationship through our service. Dating outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

"AS IS" Service: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Background Checks: We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are responsible for your own safety.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human's Reality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
